Who Will Win Punjab Assembly Elections 2017?

There are 117 seats in Punjab Vidhan Sabha assembly. The Punjab legislative assembly election, 2012 was held on 30 January 2012, to select the 117 members of the PLA. The PLA may be held in 2017 (January or February).

As we know that Aam Aadmi Party was the winner of Vidhan Sabha Elections 2015 in Delhi with 67 seats out of 70 wards. AAP has been decided to contest the Punjab Vidhan Sabha Elections in 2017 also.

The major party in the Punjab ‘Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD)’ which won the highest no. of seats in the recent 2012 Punjab Assembly Elections will also contest the elections in 2017. Whereas Indian National Congress is the is the 2nd popular party which won the highest number of seats after SAD, will also contest the Punjab Elections 2017. Independent candidates may also contest with all the political parties.
